Andrew Treloar

Andy is an experienced senior consultant and senior manager in the Information Technology and Financial Services industries, who brings years of experience to Integra-IT, in terms of operations, restructuring, project management and business development.

Andy hails from Redruth in Cornwall and after studying at University of London's Goldsmiths College, entered the financial services world in the City of London for three years before spending the last 23 years living and working in Asia. Andy has both regional and global experience based predominantly in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo.

Andy is a motivated and resourceful individual who has a passion and reputation for delivering significant improvements for a company, be they a global multinational (Prudential Services, Merrill Lynch, CLSA, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank) or SMEs, for thier projects, opertions, services, personnel, processes and procurement alike.

Noted strengths include;

• Business development, business analysis and business process reengineering resulting in tactical and strategic improvements be it for a MNC or SME;

• Leadership, direction and management of large complex corporate IT Departments;

• Creation of Project Management Offices and Project Management of large scale IT projects across business and technical groups in multiple regions;

• Unique overall combination of technical and project/people management skills including, Design, Implementation and On-going Support of Trading Floors, Data Centres, Large Scale Office Refurbishments/Relocations and all associated IT infrastructure.

Andy is also a senior rugby referee and when not working can be found honing his management skills on the rugby fields of HK!
